Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Delivery is 1–3 business days in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, and 2–5 business days for other Emirates.

Yes! We offer free Cash on Delivery across the UAE.

We replace incorrect, damaged, or defective items reported within 7 days of delivery. Full details are on our Refund & Replacement Policy page.

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed for shipment. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.
