Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

- Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman: 1–3 business days
- Other Emirates: 2–5 business days
Shipping Fees
- Free delivery on orders over AED 200.
- A flat delivery fee of AED 20 applies to smaller orders.
