Delivery time
Orders are dispatched the same or next working day. Delivery within the UAE usually takes 2–3 working days. GCC deliveries take longer.
Delivery cost
Free delivery on all UAE orders.
Cash on Delivery
You pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives. Please have the exact amount ready where possible.
Failed deliveries
Couriers attempt delivery and call the number you provided. If they cannot reach you after two attempts, the parcel is returned to us. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct at checkout.
